The two-piece design consists of a sturdy, wood framing support that bolts to the wall and holds the glass firmly in place. An outer, decorative brushed aluminum, black or gold frame is mounted on top of the glass, embedded with LED strips along the entire perimeter which illuminates the glass from the edge. Low voltage supply lines are concealed through the backside of the frame, typically drawn through the wall and fed from a 12VDC power supply.
